These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the 777xp4 platform. Please read them carefully before creating an account or placing any wager. By accessing 777xp4 you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms in full.
You must be at least 18 years old — or the higher minimum age required by the operator or license jurisdiction — to register and use 777xp4.
Each user is permitted one account only. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate suspension and forfeiture of associated balances and bonuses.

By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the 777xp4 platform, you confirm that you have read this Agreement in its entirety, that you understand it, and that you agree to be bound by all of its provisions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.
Online gambling may be restricted or prohibited in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using 777xp4 is lawful in the jurisdiction in which you are located. Nothing in these Terms constitutes legal advice, and we strongly recommend seeking independent legal counsel if you are uncertain about the laws applicable to you.

The Platform reserves the right to request documentary evidence verifying any of the above criteria at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension or termination of your Account and forfeiture of any Bonus Funds accumulated therein.
To access the full functionality of the 777xp4 platform you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current and complete information as requested. You agree to update your information promptly if any details change following registration.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 777xp4 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain adequate credential security.
Each individual is permitted to hold one Account only. The creation of duplicate or multiple Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, the Platform reserves the right to close all associated Accounts, void all pending bets and forfeit any Bonus Funds, pending withdrawals or accumulated winnings across those Accounts.
Before processing any withdrawal request, 777xp4 will conduct a KYC verification check. You may be required to submit one or more of the following: a valid government-issued photo identity document (such as a CNIC, passport or driving licence), proof of address, and/or proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits. Withdrawal requests will remain on hold until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.
777xp4 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to resell or make commercial use of the Platform or its content.
You agree that in using the Platform you will at all times:
Account balances are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR / Rs) by default where available. All transaction amounts, including deposits, withdrawals and wagering, are processed in the currency selected at the time of the transaction. Currency conversion rates, where applicable, are determined at the time of processing and may fluctuate.
All deposit transactions are subject to minimum and maximum limits as displayed in the Platform cashier at the time of transaction. Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. 777xp4 does not accept deposits made by or on behalf of third parties.
Payment methods referenced on this Platform — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are cited as familiar payment references for Pakistani users only. Their mention does not constitute an endorsement of, or their support for, online gambling activities. Actual payment method availability is determined by the live cashier at the time of transaction.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to: (a) satisfactory completion of KYC verification; (b) fulfilment of any applicable wagering requirements attached to Bonus Funds; and (c) compliance with minimum and maximum withdrawal limits as displayed in the cashier.
Processing times vary by payment method and may range from same-day to several business days. 777xp4 reserves the right to delay processing of any withdrawal where additional verification is required or where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering or breach of these Terms.
777xp4 reserves the right to refuse, reverse or place a hold on any transaction where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, misuse of a payment instrument, or any other violation of these Terms or applicable law.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers and promotional incentives offered by 777xp4 are subject to specific terms and conditions disclosed at the point of offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail.
Unless otherwise stated, Bonus Funds must be wagered in full before any winnings derived from those funds become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirement multipliers and eligible games are specified in the individual promotion terms. Contributing game percentages vary by game type and category.
Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the exploitation of promotional offers through low-risk staking strategies, arbitrage, or collusion — is strictly prohibited. 777xp4 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to suspend or close Accounts, where bonus abuse is identified.
Any bonus figures, PKR amounts or percentage values mentioned in promotional or informational content on this Platform are illustrative examples only unless expressly confirmed in your live Account cashier at the time of the offer. Promotional values are subject to change without notice.
777xp4 reserves the right to accept, refuse or limit any bet or wager at its sole discretion. A bet is not confirmed until you receive an explicit confirmation reference from the Platform. Market availability, odds and game outcomes are determined by the Platform's systems and are final subject to the dispute resolution process set out in these Terms.
Sports betting markets — including Pakistan cricket, PSL T20, ICC tournaments, international football and other events — are offered for informational and entertainment purposes. Odds are subject to change up until the moment a bet is accepted. 777xp4 does not claim any affiliation with, or endorsement by, the Pakistan Super League, Pakistan Cricket Board, ICC or any other sporting body.
A bet may be declared void in circumstances including but not limited to: manifest pricing errors; cancellation or abandonment of an event; technical failure materially affecting the integrity of a game outcome; or evidence of match-fixing or corrupt activity. In such cases, stakes are returned to the User's Real-Money Balance.
In the event of a system, software or hardware malfunction that affects gameplay, 777xp4 reserves the right to void the affected round or rounds and return the relevant stakes. Malfunction voids all pays and plays. No winnings arising from a clearly malfunctioning system will be honoured.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 777xp4 Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of balances:
All content on the 777xp4 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, source code and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of 777xp4 or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive licence to access and view Platform content solely for your personal use in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform content without the prior express written consent of 777xp4.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777xp4, its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption — arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its Services.
777xp4's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms, however arising, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
777xp4 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
777xp4 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or terminate your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or unlawful conduct, or where required to do so by applicable law or a competent authority.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Upon closure, any Real-Money Balance remaining in your Account will be processed for withdrawal subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and deduction of any amounts owed to the Platform.
Upon termination of your Account for any reason, all licences granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall so survive.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 777xp4 holds its operating licence, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be referred to binding arbitration or the competent courts of that jurisdiction, as applicable.
Nothing in this clause limits any mandatory consumer protection rights you may hold under the laws of your own jurisdiction. Users in Pakistan are reminded that online gambling restrictions under the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 may affect their legal position, and they are solely responsible for seeking appropriate legal advice.
777xp4 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via a Platform notification or by email to your registered address at least seven (7) days prior to the change taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required by applicable law or a regulatory authority.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the effective date of the change.
